Bicycles for Humanity Colorado www.b4hcolorado.org in 3 short years has built an incredible organization that like so many other chapters is growing in leaps and bounds. Like so many other chapters, they started by supporting and partnering with communities in Namibia. This year, they branched out into Zambia and Kenya with a project in Kenya on Mfangano Island in Lake Victoria. About 125 miles north of where B4H Colorado is partnered, is the Karamoja Bicycle Initiative where chapters from Whistler, Vancouver, Calgary, Alpheretta, Victoria and Aspen are working. The new Initiative we hope to get going this year in Mwanze, Tanzania is SW of Mfangano Island by about 125 miles.
