In 2008 we received a call from Frank Finneran, from Seattle who had just returned from a safari in Ndumo, South Africa. As part of the safari they had a one day cultural exchange with the local community and Frank asked many in Ndumo what they needed and the answer was bicycles. Frank contacted us and founded B4H Seattle, www.b4hs.org

In the last 32 years the B4H Seattle team has sent 3 BEC’s to Ndumo and to the Izulu Orphans Project , www.izuluorphanprojects.co.za outside of Empangeni. B4H Seattle has grown to cover much of Western Washington and help is always welcome, as a community Seattle has embraced NE, South Africa. Today many Rotary clubs also work closely on this initiative with the Districts of Durbin and Seattle on board and partnerships with the clubs in the Empangeni area.
