Our pledge to you

Your donation goes directly towards the costs of shipping bicycles, tools and spare parts to developing countries. Aside from the cost of our gift items, none of the money you donate is used for administration by Bicycles for Humanity. 100% of all funds (minus the above costs) goes directly to supporting the distribution of bicycles.

Who you will help

Some examples of the people in developing countries you will help empower by helping us ship more bicycles:

• - Healthcare workers doing outreach work to deliver medication and spread information on killer diseases like HIV/AIDS, Malaria, Polio and TB.
• - Women, who carry a disproportionate transport burden due to traditional gender roles and walk long distances with heavy loads.
• - Children, who often face long walks to school and arrive too tired to learn.
• - Under and Unemployed people, who can create new business opportunities through improved mobility.
